READINESS
DETER:
Security Officers in Full
Uniform. Written Post Orders
define activity for each location : Specified visibility, Patrols,
Station-Posts
for watch. Access
control/management.
PREVENT:
Develop
awareness of normal patterns and
conditions. Notice any unusual differences. Employ corrective measures
or
summon assistance, Inform client
designate if needed.
RESPOND:
Availability
to provide assistance. Render
appropriate aid or direction as needed. Recognize situations
requiring action
by servicer’s, or emergency
responders - summon help.
FOCUS
MITIGATE:
Take
action to minimize immediate problems with
people or events.
RESOLVE:
Security
Officers act to end unpleasant or
unwanted circumstances.
REPORT:
Recognize the need for
assistance. Security Officers make
appropriate level of contact, Supervisor, client designate or
Responders.
CONTACT
ACCESS OPTIONS:

Hours a day/Seven days a week via live
contact by phone, Fax or e-mail. In addition every site has a

Provided for
immediate contact with on-site personnel.. Every effort is made to
ensure
client and employees on site are current and aware of the on-site phone
number.
REGULAR UPDATE:
Logs of daily activity
are made for each duty assignment.
Written records of incidents are made as needed. These records are
maintained,
and available to
client.
FOLLOW-UP:
Site officers update
clients regularly as needed or
requested. Supervisors ensure that all incidents and/or notables on
reports are
communicated to client.
Remedial action as required.
